Party house rules
During our parties some rules are applied to ensure that the party is as comfortable and safe for everyone. Please read these rules prior to attending our parties. When you register for the party, you declare that you have read, understand and will act accordingly to these rules.
Date of the last changes: 9-9-2024
Registering for the party
- Registering is mandatory. People who are not on our guestlist will not be let in. Registering can only be done through our registrationsystem. You can register yourself from the moment that a party has been announced. This will happen about a month before the party in our Discord server and on Fetlife.
- Every time you register, mention your username, age and whether you have visited a SamariuM party before. Your username will be shown in the party-email, so that other guests can see who is coming.
- You can only register for the party if you are between 18 and 34 years old. Older partners are not allowed.
- Every person has to register individually.
- The party email will be sent to all guests the Monday before the party starts.
- You can cancel your registration until Wednesday 20:00 CET. before the party. In the case that you get your invitation number after the party-email has been send, then the deadline for canceling is the Friday evening 20:00 CET. Everyone that has registered for the party but did not show up, will be put on the waiting list for the next party (if there is one).
Admission to the party
- A valid ID is required and will be checked at the entrance. No exceptions will be made. No ID = no entry.
- The entrance fee is 10 euro plus 10-euro minimum bar spending. The entrance fee has to be paid in cash and the bar spending can be paid with either cash or card.
- During our parties there is no dress code. When you visit us, please spend some thought on your looks – after all it is a party. There is a possibility to change in the locker rooms and make-up room.
- It is prohibited to have any illegal weapons (i.e. firearms, brass knuckles and/or knifes) with you at all times. We and the location need to obey the local laws. If you are in doubt if something is (il)legal, please ask the SamariuM team prior to the party.
- The SamariuM team and the employees of the showboat have the right to remove a person from the party.
- When you are contagious with a communicable disease, stay away. (i.e. Corona, Influenza, Scabies).
